The What’s Happenin’ gives a huge shout out to Nadine Sachs, artist and project designer for her
efforts to beautify the Post Office building. She enlisted 46 volunteers from the community who
worked over a 6 month period to create this amazing work of art. Thank you for your gift to Tilghman!
