Vincent Leggett is a Board Member of the Chesapeake Legal Alliance, Founder of Leggett Group which specializes in Government Relations, a Maryland regulated Lobbyist focusing on the environment and Cultural preservation, the Founder of Blacks on the Chesapeake Foundation which documents the significant contributions of African Americans in the maritime industry and was designated an Honorary Admiral of the Chesapeake by the Governor of Maryland with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion.
