Hall and Mary Kellogg received the Governor’s Citation
Award for Lifetime Achievement as Founders of The
Tilghman Watermen’s Museum. This prestigious and
well-deserved award was for Mary and Hall’s many years
of hard work, dedication and personal time to make the
museum a success. We are so thankful for them and
their vision of creating a museum to preserve the legacy
and history of our island and Watermen.
