Joyce Crow Retires from TES after 40 Years
Cheers, tears, gifts and accolades marked the special celebration of Joyce Crows’ last day of school on June 11th. For over 40 years, Ms. Joyce dedicated her time, talent and treasure to the children and families of Tilghman. Growing up on Tilghman in a Watermen’s home, Joyce went on to earn advanced degrees in education and became one of the most influential persons this Island has known in decades. Determined and unassuming, this brilliant woman shaped the future of many. Small in stature, but mighty in presence, Ms. Joyce was a great example in leadership and life. Thank you Ms. Joyce for the many years you gave to us. You went above and beyond the call of duty and held steady when the gale winds blew. Enjoy your much deserved retirement, you will be greatly missed!
