May 30, 2018 Nurse Practitioner Greg Dukes and RN Eileen Reiss are staffing our new Wellness Center at the Tilghman Elementary School. Services provided include: Acute Care, sick visits, management of chronic conditions, blood draws, lab testing, physicals (yearly exams, Medicare wellness exams, well and sick baby checks, sports physicals). The center is open Tuesdays and Fridays from 2-6pm Call for an appt. 410.886.2222. Most insurance accepted.
